Job summary

Zachary Daniels in Liverpool is seeking a CRM Executive or Senior CRM Executive to join its marketing team. This hands-on role focuses on CRM campaigns, customer behaviour insights and using data to improve engagement and retention.

You will own campaigns across channels, build automated journeys, create segments from behavioural data, and work with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams to drive loyalty and performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years' experience in CRM, retention or email marketing.
• Experience with CRM campaigns, automation and journey-building.
• Familiarity with data-driven segmentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end CRM campaigns across multiple channels.
• Build, schedule and optimise email campaigns.
• Develop automated customer journeys.
• Create targeted customer segments from behavioural data.
• Support CRM activity around key trading periods.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce and Creative teams.
• Support customer retention and loyalty initiatives.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify improvements.
• Test different audiences, messaging and journeys.
• Help develop the wider CRM and retention strategy.
