Job summary

Confidential in the United Kingdom is seeking a CRM & Partnerships Executive to deliver customer email campaigns, automated journeys and CRM activity, while managing affiliate and external partnerships.

Working with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will analyse campaigns, segment customers and develop journeys to boost engagement, retention and revenue in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience using CRM or email marketing platforms.
• Experience in digital marketing, CRM, eCommerce or affiliate marketing.
• Understanding of email campaigns, segmentation and automated journeys.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage email marketing campaigns from planning to delivery, testing and analysis.
• Support CRM strategies to increase engagement, retention and repeat purchasing.
• Create and manage automated journeys including welcome, re-engagement and abandoned carts.
• Develop customer segmentation using behavioural, transactional and engagement data.
• Coordinate affiliate and external partner relationships and campaigns.
