Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a CRM Manager for a fashion-forward retailer in Cambridgeshire. You will own customer communications across email, SMS, push, website, loyalty and app channels, driving engagement, retention and revenue.

You'll shape CRM strategy, develop automated journeys and use data testing to lift performance and customer lifetime value across multiple brands and territories.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention or loyalty.
• Experience using segmentation and personalisation to drive campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the CRM strategy across channels including email, SMS, push, website, loyalty and app.
• Plan and manage targeted CRM campaigns across multiple brands.
• Use data and segmentation to improve journeys and lifetime value.
• Lead development of automated lifecycle journeys (welcome, retention, reactivation).
• Collaborate with Trading, Ecommerce and Marketing to align CRM with commercial goals.
• Analyse performance and customer behaviour to translate insights into actions.
• Champion test-and-learn with A/B tests across content, timing, and targeting.
