Job summary

Deliveroo in London is seeking an Analyst, Risk Intelligence to join the on-site Risk Intelligence team. You will help deliver guardrails for escalation and response, safeguarding people, operations, and brand during critical incidents.

You’ll lead on-shift incident intelligence, produce predictive intelligence products, and collaborate with Crisis Management, Legal, Communications, and Trust & Safety to ensure unified decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Need background in intelligence, crisis management or global security operations.
• Proficiency in OSINT/SOCMINT fundamentals and GIS tools.
• Weather data literacy to translate into actionable insights.
• Ability to act decisively under high-stakes events.
• Strong crisis communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-shift incident intelligence and provide rapid risk assessments to support incident command.
• Produce Daily Intelligence Briefs, INTSUMs, formal risk assessments, and interactive dashboards.
• Detect and triage tactical alerts from intelligence feeds and close information gaps.
• Collaborate with Crisis Management, Legal, Communications, and Trust & Safety to ensure unified escalation and messaging.
• Drive global operational continuity with structured shift handovers across regions.
