Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking an Analyst for the Regional Security Operations Center in London. This on-site role focuses on frontline defense during incidents, real-time monitoring, and applying analytical tradecraft to maintain resilience across the region.

You will join the ROC team, working 24/7 in a high-tempo environment to monitor, triage, and respond to security, safety, and operational incidents with clear context for leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GSOC/ROC/SOC or 24/7 operations environment.
• Working knowledge of incident triage, escalation protocols, and playbooks under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication to deliver clear operational context to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Operate the ROC in real time, monitoring dashboards, alerts and signals to identify security, safety, and operational incidents as they emerge.
• Triage incidents and execute SOPs with accurate documentation and coordination.
• Apply initial fact-finding and source validation to distinguish signal from noise for timely escalation.
• Escalate issues exceeding thresholds to management with structured information and conduct disciplined handovers.
• Participate in drills, retrospectives, and continuous improvement to strengthen ROC readiness.
