Job summary

Deliveroo in London is seeking an Analyst to join the Regional Security Operations Center. This on-site role focuses on real-time monitoring, incident triage, and applying analytical tradecraft to maintain operational resilience across the region.

You will work in a 24/7 ROC, using dashboards and SOPs to detect incidents, document actions, and escalate when thresholds are exceeded. The ideal candidate has ROC or GSOC experience, strong communication, and a bias for rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience in 24/7 operations or incident response environments.
• Knowledge of incident triage and escalation playbooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and information validation.
• Experience with monitoring dashboards and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities
