Deliveroo in London is seeking a senior policy and risk specialist to translate insights into practical safeguards that protect customers and couriers while supporting platform growth. You will lead cross-functional work with Legal, Public Policy, Product and Data Science to identify and respond to fraud risks, shaping policy and ensuring compliant, robust implementation.

Hybrid work with three days per week in the London office; strong analytical and stakeholder skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience turning complex risk issues into practical policies and implementation plans.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities combining data, context and judgement.
• Experience navigating legal and regulatory landscapes with Legal and Public Policy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management, able to influence senior teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a programme to identify, assess and prioritise courier/rider fraud and abuse risks across Wolt and Deliveroo.
• Translate risks into proportionate policy, process and operational responses balancing risk with customer outcomes.
• Lead the implementation, monitoring and ongoing refinement of fraud and abuse policies with clear measures of effectiveness.
• Ensure policy approaches consider legal, regulatory, compliance and reputational implications.
• Partner with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Data Science and Operations to shape requirements and resolve trade-offs.
• Establish effective cross-company collaboration to identify trends and share lessons with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional delivery from problem identification through to implementation and post-launch monitoring.
