Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Fraud & Risk Policy Lead in London to translate analysis into practical policies that protect platform integrity and customer outcomes. Hybrid work, three days in the London office.

You will collaborate with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Data Science and Operations to identify risks, develop policies, monitor effectiveness, and guide cross-functional teams through complex trade-offs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience in fraud, risk, compliance or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating complex risk issues into practical policies.
• Experience navigating legal and regulatory landscapes with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong project-management and delivery orientation.
• Comfortable using AI-enabled tools to support analysis.

Responsabilités

• Lead a programme of work to identify, assess and prioritise courier/rider fraud and abuse risks across Wolt and Deliveroo.
• Translate identified risks into proportionate policy, process and operational responses.
• Lead the implementation, monitoring and ongoing refinement of fraud and abuse policies, with clear measures of effectiveness and residual risk.
• Ensure policy approaches consider legal, regulatory, compliance and reputational implications.
• Partner with Legal, Public Policy, Product, Data Science and Operations to shape requirements and implement responses.
• Establish effective ways of working across teams to share lessons and risks.
