Job summary

Citizens Advice 1066 is seeking a Payment Officer to join our Crisis Payments Service, helping ensure emergency financial support reaches local residents quickly, accurately and securely.

This permanent, full-time role suits someone with administration, finance or payments experience who enjoys detail, meticulous record-keeping and delivering a reliable service to the community. Starting salary £26,471 per annum, pro-rata for part-time workers.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, finance, payments or accounts support.
• Strong numerical and IT skills, including Excel.
• Can work accurately and meet deadlines.
