Citizens Advice 1066 is seeking a Payment Officer to join our Crisis Payments Service, helping ensure emergency financial support reaches local residents quickly, accurately and securely. Based in Bexhill and St Leonards, the role offers permanent hours and the chance to make a real difference in the community.
You’ll process approved crisis payment awards, maintain payment records and audit trails, support financial reconciliation, monitor transactions and produce reports.
Hours: 37 hours per week (part-time considered)
Contract: Permanent Location: Bexhill and St Leonards offices
Closing: Friday 16th October, or earlier if suitable candidate is found
