Zusammenfassung

Mountain Healthcare is seeking a crisis worker for Spring Lodge SARC in the UK. The role is the first point of contact for service users and their families, guiding them through the forensic process and acting as their advocate within the SARC environment.

Shifts run around the clock on 12-hour days and nights, offering full or part-time options. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are required; female applicants only due to genuine occupational qualification.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE English and maths at grade C or equivalent.
• Advanced DBS and Level 2 police vetting.
• UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Female applicants only (genuine occupational qualification).

Aufgaben

• Act as first point of contact for service users.
• Support service users and families through the forensic process, including preparation and help with forensic evidence collection.
• Advocate for service users during their time at the SARC.
• Liaise with other agencies on the service user pathway.
• Maintain a high standard of DNA anti-contamination cleaning between forensic cases.
• Be a key member of the SARC team and wider company network.
