Mountain Healthcare Limited is seeking an Adult & Paediatric Crisis Worker to support individuals and families at the SARC in Worcestershire. You will help with information, advocacy, and practical care in a sensitive, confidential setting, coordinating with healthcare professionals and police to ensure safe, person-centered care.

You will work flexible shifts in a 24/7 service, with training provided to understand the forensic environment and to maintain professional boundaries while delivering

Formación

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade C/equivalent or above.
• Experience in an administrative role with good record-keeping.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong organisational and interpersonal skills for multi-agency work.
• Proficiency with IT tools including Word, Excel and Teams.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than six penalty points.
• Ability to complete Enhanced DBS clearance and police vetting.
• Right to work in the UK with at least three years' UK residency.

Responsabilidades

• Welcoming and supporting adults, children and families at the SARC.
• Providing clear information by telephone and in person.
• Advocating for patients throughout their time at the Centre.
• Explaining processes and supporting before, during and after examinations.
• Working with healthcare professionals, Police and agencies for coordinated support.
• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with case administration.
• Preparing the environment and assisting with collection of forensic evidence.
• Maintaining cleanliness and DNA decontamination standards.
• Supporting patients and liaising with agencies in historic cases.
