Job summary

Evlo in Reading is seeking a Customer Account Manager to support customers through the full loan lifecycle. You will speak with customers who contact the local branch, assess requirements and affordability, process loan agreements, and ensure continued support to secure positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or lending preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full loan lifecycle for customers from enquiry to closure.
