Responsibilities

• Liaising with external customers and assisting with debt related enquiries.
• Proactively chasing customers for payment.
• Providing customer documentation to external agencies.
• Undertaking credit and additional checks on customers.
• Managing queries coming in via email.
• Refer and escape outstanding debt to management.
