Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions is hiring a proactive Credit Controller to manage a portfolio, chase overdue payments and maintain accurate records. The role is based near Acle, Norfolk with hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 at home) and standard hours 9-5, Monday to Friday.

You will handle payment allocations, reconcile accounts, respond to queries and liaise with internal teams to resolve invoice issues. The ideal candidate will have debt collection experience and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Credit Control position.
• Strong debt collection and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
