Job summary

RECfinancial is looking for an experienced Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of accounts from their Norwich offices. The role focuses on chasing outstanding invoices, resolving queries, and ensuring timely payments to maximise credit limits for additional sales.

You will build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, monitor aged debt and assist with month-end processes. Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days WFH after training.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and debt collection.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Experience reviewing credit limits.
• Proven ability to produce debtor reports.

Our client a successful growing organisation that's going through a period of change is looking to recruit an experienced Credit Controller, based at their offices in Norwich.

We're looking for an experienced Credit Controller to manage a portfolio of accounts ensuring debt is collected in a timely fashion, queries are resolved and that credit limits are maximised to enable additional sales.

The role:

• Managing and maintaining a portfolio of accounts.
• Chasing outstanding invoices and securing prompt payment.
• Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Resolving account queries and payment disputes efficiently.
• Monitoring aged debt and escalating potential risks.
• Allocating payments and reconciling customer accounts.
• Supporting credit checking and risk assessment activities.
• Producing debtor reports and collection performance data.
• Assisting with month-end finance processes and reporting requirements.
