Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking a proactive Credit Controller near Acle, Norfolk. The role offers hybrid working (3 days on site, 2 days at home) and standard 9-5, Monday to Friday.

You will manage customer accounts, chase overdue payments, reconcile payments, and work with internal teams to resolve invoice issues. Ideal candidates have credit control experience, strong communication, and keen numerical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Credit Control position.
• Strong debt collection and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite.
• Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
