Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences seeks a Credit Control Team Leader to guide a UK-based team and support the credit control function across the UK sales channel and international network. You will lead day-to-day activities, manage workloads, coach staff, and ensure effective credit control, while remaining active in collections and account management.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control with ability to manage customer accounts, collect payments, resolve queries and maintain relationships.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience with a track record of developing people and driving performance.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small Credit Control team, overseeing workloads and coaching and development.
• Remain involved in credit collection and account management activities to drive performance.
• Deliver effective credit control activities and support change initiatives.
• Contribute to ERP system upgrades and new process implementations.
