Job summary

Novuna is seeking a Credit Control Team Leader in the United Kingdom. You will lead a team of Credit Controllers, drive performance, and ensure excellent service for customers and clients.

You will collaborate with the Credit Manager and stakeholders to identify process improvements, manage workloads, and uphold security and compliance standards while developing your leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control, Collections or Accounts Receivable.
• Understanding of debtor management and cash collection best practice.
• CICM knowledge/accreditation preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop a team of Credit Controllers to achieve objectives.
• Manage workloads and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee customer verification checks to maintain security and compliance.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement across the team.
