Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a Credit Control Team Leader to head a small team across the UK and international network, ensuring cash flow and strong customer relations. The role combines leadership with hands-on credit collection and account management, including driving performance and resolving complex issues during ERP upgrade projects.

You will guide workloads, coach staff, and help implement new processes while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control with customer account management and payment collection.
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong skills in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities
