Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control at a supervisory level is essential.
• Experience mentoring or developing a team is required.
• Strong knowledge of credit control and debt collection processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional approach when dealing with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the credit control team.
• Manage day-to-day credit control function and aged debt.
• Monitor performance and KPIs; report to senior management.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and other departments to resolve queries.
• Produce regular aged debt and performance reports.
• Support cash collection and maintain strong cash flow.
• Ensure credit control procedures are followed and updated.
