Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a Credit Control Team Leader to guide a small UK-based team, oversee credit control activities, and support ERP upgrade initiatives. The role combines people leadership with hands-on credit collection and account management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong MS Office skills, and a proven ability to manage customer relationships while minimising financial risk. Flexible homeworking is available with on-site options.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control, able to manage customer accounts and collect payments.
• Proven supervisory/leadership experience with coaching and development of others.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the credit control team and oversee workloads.
• Balance credit collection with customer relationship management to reduce risk.
• Lead the implementation of new ERP systems or upgrades affecting credit processes.
