Qualifications

• Experience leading a Credit Control function.
• Strong leadership and people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Credit Controllers.
• Drive reductions in aged debt and improve cash collection.
• Monitor KPIs and produce management reports.
• Develop collection strategies and credit policies.
• Manage escalated customer queries and disputes.
• Review customer credit limits and assess risk.
• Support forecasting and cash flow reporting.
• Collaborate with senior finance stakeholders.
