Qualifications

Experience leading a Credit Control function.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to reduce aged debt and improve cash collection.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Highly analytical with strong reporting skills.
Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Strong systems and Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop a team of Credit Controllers.
Drive reduction in aged debt and improve cash collection performance.
Monitor KPIs and produce management reports.
Develop and implement collection strategies and credit policies.
Manage escalated customer queries and payment disputes.
Review customer credit limits and assess potential risks.
Support forecasting and cash flow reporting.
Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Identify and deliver process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
