Job summary

Fairy Inc. is seeking a Creator Partnership Manager to own creator delivery across a portfolio of major accounts, including a global programme moving to retainer. This hybrid role involves shaping casting rationale, negotiating rates, and managing contracts with a dedicated Creator Partnerships Assistant.

Qualifications

Around 4+ years in creator, influencer or talent marketing.
Ability to own accounts end to end from brief to wrap.
Genuine creative instinct and casting rationale.
Comfort with performance data and creator landscape across US/UK.
Commercial literacy with rate negotiations and client storytelling.

Responsibilities

Lead creator strategy and casting across accounts, ensuring recommendations are creatively right and commercially viable.
Contribute to creative development and brainstorms with strategy and creative teams.
Support pitches and proposals where creators are core to the brief.
Manage creator experience end to end, building a strong network and relationships.
