Job summary

Picsart is seeking a strategic Partnerships leader to own and scale our creator and influencer network globally. You will sign agencies and creators, define terms, and ensure campaigns publish on time while maintaining full tracking and attribution.

You’ll work with Finance, Legal and Data to optimize ROI and decide which partnerships to grow or sunset. You will manage a small team and operate with a high degree of autonomy, using tools to replace headcount.

Qualifications

• Partnerships you've run at scale.
• A network you grew from a handful to dozens.
• A head for numbers: cost per paying user and ROI.
• Judgment about what's real: separate signals from hype.
• Negotiation that closes: signed, not just discussions.
• A tool-assisted workflow with Finance, Legal and Data.
• Experience across markets is a big plus.
• Great communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Find and sign partners across markets, aiming for scalable growth.
• Get partner agreements done: terms, exclusivity, data access and payments.
• Publish campaigns on time and track each post with codes and links.
• Track partner performance in dashboards built to your specs.
• Decide which partnerships to grow, hold or end based on conversions.
• Grow revenue and usage by focusing on results, not views.
• Build Picsart's own creator base and maintain direct relationships.
• Sell the network to partners and monetize the creator program.
