Job summary

Upload Agency is seeking a Talent Coordinator in London to work hands-on with top creators. You’ll coordinate campaigns, manage briefs, and help deliver partnerships with brands and agencies. You’ll be paired with a Senior Partnerships Manager and will balance talent-facing responsibilities with commercial activities.

The role is hybrid, based in London, with opportunities to move toward Talent Management or Partnerships tracks as you grow, while supporting creators and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaigns and briefs with talent and brands/agencies.
• Attend shoots and activations and manage timelines and approvals.
• Chase deliverables and ensure partnerships close successfully.
• Communicate briefs clearly to talent, partners and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent and external partners.
