Job summary

Ancient + Brave, a female-founded wellness brand, seeks a UK Creator & Affiliate Lead to scale our creator funnel across paid channels. You will manage high-volume contracts from retainers to flat fees, negotiating terms and ensuring brand-aligned content with strong unit economics.

Based from Lewes HQ, you’ll partner with Performance, Creative and Affiliate teams to drive scalable growth. You will own the pipeline, build robust processes, and collaborate across EU/US talent managers to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience contracting creators or influencers at volume across multiple contract types.
• Strong paid social understanding, with Meta as core platform (whitelisting and Spark Ads).
• Confident negotiator comfortable with fee discussions and agency managers.
• Commercially numerate with cost per asset, budget tracking and data interpretation.
• Extremely organised with many live conversations and scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Own briefing and delivery of monthly UK creator concept volume across all tiers.
• Source and qualify creators against clear criteria and brand standards.
• Maintain a live pipeline view: contracted, briefed, in production, landed, gaps.
• Collaborate with creative/production teams to deliver shoots for retained talent.
• Negotiate and close creator deals at high frequency using rate cards and templates.
• Secure paid usage rights for whitelisting, licences, renewals and exclusivity.
• Keep contract records, expiry dates and renewal points up to date.
• Track cost per concept and optimise against plan with paid performance.
• Analyse data with performance teams to optimise creator content and spend.
• Manage UK creator budget day-to-day and report progress vs budget.
• Collaborate with EU/US talent managers to harmonise systems.
