Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in creator/influencer management, partnerships, or social-first campaign delivery.
• Demonstrable experience managing creators end-to-end: scouting, negotiating, briefing, approving, reporting.
• Deep understanding of how creators drive discovery across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
• Strong commercial confidence: negotiating fees, budgets, contracts, and protecting client/agency value.
• Ability to deliver campaigns on time, on brief, and to measurable outcomes.
• Experience in creator-led content optimised for search, engagement, and platform-native behaviours.
• Passion for culture, trends, formats, and what’s next in the creator economy.
• Excellent communication skills, briefing creators and presenting to SLT alike.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple moving parts, deliverables, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead creator strategy across Deviation’s integrated campaigns, ensuring content fuels search, visibility, and conversation.
• Build and brief campaign dashboards aligned to brand goals, audience insights, and outputs.
• Own creator negotiations, contracts, scope, pricing, and deliverables.
• Manage creator onboarding, briefing, approvals, and delivery workflows.
• Ensure outputs align with brand tone and strategy expectations; collaborate with the Search Everywhere team.
• Develop cohesive, creator-first campaign narratives with cross-team partners.
• Bring creator insights into pitches, content plans and discovery frameworks.
• Track creator content performance across channels and provide optimization recommendations.
