Job summary

Fairy Inc, a cultural positioning group, is building a shared creator partnerships function across two agencies. You will support the Creator Partnership Manager in coordinating projects, contracting, and communications, helping to move deals and learn from senior managers.

This role offers hybrid WFH/office flexibility, exposure to both lifestyle and sport creators, and a path into owning accounts over time.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in industry.
• Experience in creator or influencer marketing, or production coordination, with ability to move fast.

Responsibilities

• Outreaching to creators, managers and agents, chasing responses and keeping conversations warm and moving.
• Tracking availability, interest and status across multiple live castings at once.
• Building and maintaining trackers with precision, compiling casting decks and status documents.
• Coordinating call times, product send outs, deliverables, approvals and content delivery.
• Being the diligent one, spotting the detail that's been missed before it becomes a problem.
• Using internal and client reporting tools to track talent performance and support recommendations.
