Job summary

The Bull's Head Hotel in Chislehurst, a flagship Young's pub, is seeking a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen, create exciting fresh menus and work closely with the Head Chef to inspire the team in a welcoming, fast-paced environment.

You will manage the kitchen rota, health and safety, train staff and help design daily specials while driving GP and labour controls and boosting sales with great presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a kitchen team.
• Ability to design and deliver fresh, quality dishes.
• Strong communication and hands-on leadership.
• Proven ability to manage rotas, training and health and safety.
