Job summary

Young's Pubs is seeking a Sous Chef to join our pub team. You will lead a kitchen, create menus and daily specials, and work closely with the Head Chef to maintain a welcoming, high‑quality dining experience. The role is hands-on with strong focus on leadership and creativity.

You will champion excellent service through quality food, manage the kitchen rota, and participate in ongoing training and development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing a kitchen team.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes and daily specials.
• Strong communication and planning to manage GP and labour."
