The Bull's Head Hotel in Chislehurst is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join its busy kitchen team. You will lead on quality food, mentor junior chefs and help to design daily specials under the Head Chef.

You will manage rota, training, health and safety, and drive sales with the front of house while delivering fresh, locally sourced dishes in a welcoming pub environment. The role offers access to development programmes, hands-on training and a pension scheme, with free meals and staff

Qualifications

• Experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP seeking next step.
• Natural leader with passion for quality fresh food.
• Hands-on chef with excellent communication skills.
• Able to manage kitchen staff rota, training and health & safety.
