Paladar London is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our creative Latin American kitchen near Elephant & Castle. You will lead a small kitchen team, develop new dishes and maintain high standards.

The role is full-time, approximately 40–45 hours per week, based in SE1 London. Local applicants, especially SE1/SE17/SE11, are encouraged to apply and bring passion for bold, inventive cuisine.

Qualifications

• Experience in Latin American and/or Japanese cuisine.
• Creative approach to food with a passion for developing new dishes.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a kitchen team.
• Positive attitude, reliability and commitment to high standards.
• The right to work legally in the UK.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly desirable.
