Job summary

Paladar London is seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Sous Chef to join our creative Latin American kitchen near Elephant & Castle. You will lead a small kitchen team, develop new dishes and maintain high standards.

The role is full-time, approximately 40–45 hours per week, based in SE1 London. Local applicants, especially SE1/SE17/SE11, are encouraged to apply and bring passion for bold, inventive cuisine.

Qualifications

• Experience in Latin American and/or Japanese cuisine.
