Qualifikationen

• Must be an existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP seeking next step.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop a team.
• Hands-on chef with excellent communication.
• Experience managing kitchen rota, training and health & safety.
• Ability to design and deliver new dishes with Head Chef.
• Strong planning and organisational skills to maintain GP and labour.
• Proactive approach to driving sales and growth through engagement with kitchen and front of house.

• Collaborate with Head Chef to design and deliver daily specials.
• Manage staff rota, training and health and safety compliance.
• Deliver high-quality, fresh dishes and maintain GP targets.
