Job summary

Amazonico London on Berkeley Square in Mayfair is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to lead our kitchen brigade and deliver an outstanding culinary experience for every service. You will work with the Executive Chef to maintain the highest standards, train and motivate the team, manage mise en place, stock, and food safety, and contribute to seasonal menus in a fast-paced luxury dining environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous or Senior Sous Chef in premium/high-volume settings.
• Natural leadership with a calm, hands-on approach.
• Passion for high-quality, creative cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to lead in the absence of the Executive Chef.
