We curate a world of beauty that's ethical, inclusive - and importantly - good fun. We inspire you to live your best life. We are Boden.

Overview

We're looking for an experienced, highly organised Creative Project Manager to join our Creative and Production team on a 9‑month fixed‑term contract (ending late September/early October 2026).

Reporting to the Head of Creative Project Management, you'll lead the delivery of 360° omni‑channel branded assets—from seasonal campaigns and lookbooks to digital, print, and shoot production. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, creative environment and has proven experience managing projects across fashion, retail, and lifestyle brands.

Location: 3 days per week based at our North Acton Office, the rest WFH.

What You Will Do
  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across campaigns, from brief to rollout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Own and manage the project critical path, scoping resources, mapping dependencies, and tracking deliverables; adapting plans as needed.
  • Be the go‑to for process excellence, championing best practice and driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate across shoot production, creative, marketing, digital, and ecommerce teams to ensure workstreams are aligned and integrated.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing clear, regular communication and progress updates.
  • Identify risks early and troubleshoot challenges with proactive, solution‑focused thinking.
  • Foster a positive, accountable team environment where everyone feels motivated and aligned to deliver.
  • Ensure all delivery streams are aligned, with synchronised outputs and clearly defined interdependencies.
  • Confidently challenge inefficient processes, always with a focus on quality, clarity, and improvement.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Creative Project Manager, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands - either in‑house or agency side
  • A strong track record of delivering multi‑channel campaigns across digital, print, social, and shoot production
  • Confident collaborating with producers, creatives, and marketing teams to brief effectively, manage timelines, and ensure delivery
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, with experience applying hybrid approaches (Agile, Waterfall)
  • Skilled in tools such as MS Project, Excel/Google Sheets, and Miro; Workfront experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align across teams
  • Process‑oriented yet adaptable, able to flex your approach to meet creative or commercial needs
  • A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, bringing energy, clarity, and structure to every project
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary & targeted annual bonus scheme.
  • Generous Boden clothing allowance!
  • 30% discount on all current clothing ranges.
  • 25 days Holiday annually, plus Bank Holidays.
  • Online Portal with an array of discounts on retail & entertainment.
  • Virtual GP Service for you and your household!
  • Free onsite parking and subsidised café.
