The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Biology and experience in a laboratory setting. The role supports a hybrid working model: 3 days in office and 2 remote.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in a laboratory environment.

We have an exciting opening for a CRC Application Specialist to join our Customer Service team. This position reports to the Customer Relationship Centre Manager and will be based mainly in our Basingstoke office with hybrid working on offer of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?

  • In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our clinical customers and act as the key point for the customer to ensure a high level customer experience and satisfaction.
  • This is a great opportunity to combine technical and scientific expertise whilst focusing on solutions and customers.
  • Your main responsibilities will be to answer internal and external customer requests and lead the troubleshooting analysis to bring the solution to the customer or plan the action response.
  • You will also be responsible for service work order preparations and to update the installed base.
  • You will also be able to participate in company projects including to identify any opportunities and ensure good feedback between the customer and global.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Biology required with experience in biology or industrial microbiology environment
  • Previous experience working in a laboratory environment
  • You are at ease using IT tools including the ERP and MS Office
  • You have excellent communication skills including being a good listener, demonstrating empathy whilst being able to assertive
  • You are customer and solution oriented and are able to manage critical inquiries.
  • You are highly organised
