Job summary

Routes Healthcare is seeking a senior healthcare leader to join as Service Manager for our Complex Care division across Merseyside and West Lancashire. You will oversee and develop a growing portfolio of complex care services, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care with strong governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager or senior operational leader in complex care, community healthcare or domiciliary care.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary healthcare teams including nurses and case managers.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and Health & Social Care legislation.
• Commercial awareness with budgets, performance and service growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of nurses, case managers and care professionals.
• Hold responsibility as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Drive excellence in quality, client outcomes and service delivery.
• Build relationships with Integrated Care Boards, commissioners and NHS partners.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and relevant healthcare legislation.
• Oversee service performance, budgets and commercial objectives.
• Support business growth through mobilisation and retention of care packages.
