Leaders in Care is recruiting a Service Manager / Registered Manager for a specialist complex care provider in the Merseyside and West Lancashire area. The role oversees clinical governance, safeguarding and service growth while leading multidisciplinary teams in people’s own homes.

You will drive quality, compliance and performance, maintaining relationships with commissioners and NHS partners, and ensuring budgets align with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as Service/Registered Manager or senior operational leader in complex care or domiciliary care.
• Proven ability to manage complex care services with clinical interventions.
• Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and safeguarding obligations.
• Experience managing budgets, service performance and growth.

Responsabilités

• Lead nurses, case managers and care professionals.
• Oversee complex care packages and clinical interventions.
• Ensure safe, person-centred care with robust governance and safeguarding.
• Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
• Manage budgets, service performance and commercial objectives.
• Build relationships with ICBs, commissioners and NHS partners.
• Support service growth through mobilisation and retention of packages.
• Foster a culture of accountability, development and quality.
