Job summary

Superior Healthcare is recruiting a Registered Manager with a valid PIN to oversee complex care operations across Sussex, Hampshire, Surrey and Essex. You will lead regional teams, ensure CQC compliance, and drive high-quality care aligned with company policies.

You will ideally be a Registered Nurse with an NMC PIN and a background in community-based complex care, including devices and ventilator support. A UK driving licence and right to work are required.

Qualifications

• Registered Manager with strong operational and organisational skills including clinical governance, CQC, safeguarding, and quality.
• Ideally a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
• Experience in community-based complex care (e.g., spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators).
• Right to work in the UK and a clean UK driving licence.
