Routes Healthcare (North) Limited is seeking an exceptional healthcare leader to join our senior management team as a Service Manager and CQC Registered Manager for the Complex Care division across Merseyside and West Lancashire.

You will oversee clinical and operational delivery, build high-performing multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure governance and regulatory compliance while delivering outstanding, person-centred care.

Formación

• Experience as Registered Manager, Service Manager or senior operational leader in complex care, community healthcare or domiciliary care.
• Proven experience managing complex care services with clinical interventions.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and Health & Social Care legislation.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of nurses, case managers and care professionals.
• Hold responsibility as the CQC Registered Manager for the service.
• Drive excellence in quality, client outcomes and service delivery.
• Build relationships with Integrated Care Boards, commissioners, NHS partners and multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee service performance, budgets and commercial objectives.
• Support business growth through mobilisation and retention of care packages.
• Create a positive culture where colleagues feel valued and empowered.
