Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead one extra care service in Knowsley. You will work to deliver person-centred care, manage staff rotas, budgets and compliance, and develop strong relationships with families and professionals.

The role requires Level 5 Leadership and Management and a proactive, compassionate leadership style with a commitment to high standards of safeguarding and service quality.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in health and social care environments.
• Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and drive quality care.
• Strong communication with families, professionals and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of support workers in one extra care service.
• Ensure high-quality, person-centred care and safeguarding compliance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, budgets and health and safety.
• Collaborate with families and external agencies to meet needs.
• Recruit and develop staff to build capability and succession.
