Overview

Cover Supervisor to work across a group of secondary schools in Havering, supporting daily, short-term, and long-term cover assignments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise whole classes across Key Stages 3 and 4 during teacher absences.
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure that students remain on task.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy.
• Report back to relevant staff regarding student progress or issues.
• Support with general duties across the school when not covering lessons.

What we're looking for

• A Cover Supervisor with a degree and at least 1 year of teaching experience (UK or overseas).
• Strong classroom management skills and confidence to lead lessons independently.
