City St George’s, University of London invites applications for the Senior Course Officer role within the postgraduate and professional programmes team of the City Law School. This role supports the Course Operations Manager, leading the Course Office team and driving key projects across the academic year.

The successful candidate will have a first degree or equivalent experience, plus HE administration and line-management experience in a busy, customer-focused office.

Qualificações

• First degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience of working in higher education in course/programme administration.
• Line management experience.
• Experience working in a busy customer‑focussed office environment.
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Staff leadership and supervision for the Course Office team (PG and Professional Programmes).
• Management of student feedback processes (module evaluation and course representative meetings).
• Coordination and supervision of key events/projects (working with Heads of Department on teaching responsibilities).
• Coordination across programmes and schools for induction, timetabling, staffing and resourcing throughout the academic year.
• Student and faculty support including advice and committee reporting.
