Job summary

Evri in High Wycombe is hiring a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist on a 6-month FTC. This on-site role supports onboarding new couriers, assigns daily workloads, and ensures readiness for collection.

You will monitor parcel scans, resolve issues quickly, and provide feedback to the Territory Manager to drive service excellence. A current UK driving licence and familiarity with the courier model are required.

• Experience onboarding couriers and allocating work.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused operations.
• Strong problem-solving, organisation and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and risk awareness.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new couriers and allocate daily work.
• Monitor parcel scanning, courier readiness and compliance.
• Address local issues (late couriers, delays, missing parcels) and escalate as needed.
• Use the Service Tracker to raise timely escalations.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing, and operational queries.
• Provide daily operational feedback to the Territory Manager to optimise performance.
