Evri in Hull is hiring a Courier Training and Onboarding Specialist to keep our Final Mile delivery unit running smoothly. You’ll guide new couriers, coordinate onboarding, and ensure parcels are ready for collection with a focus on efficiency and reliability.

With a current UK driving licence and a solid understanding of the self‑employed courier model, you’ll thrive in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment and spot escalation risks quickly to protect service excellence.

Formación

• Current UK driving licence.
• Self-employed courier model understanding.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused operations.
• Strong problem-solving, organisation and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and quick escalation risk spotting.

Responsabilidades

• On-site champion for delivery unit operations and onboarding of couriers.
• Oversee daily activity, address issues before escalation, ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Support couriers with manifests, routing and operational queries.
• Provide feedback to Territory Manager to optimise performance.
