Job summary

Evri is seeking a Final Mile Territory Manager in Maidstone for a 6-month FTC role. You will lead service quality, cost, and performance across the Delivery Unit(s) and engage couriers and partners to ensure on-time parcel flow.

Responsibilities include analysing dashboards, building cross-functional relationships, and driving continuous improvement in operations and safety. A UK driving licence is preferred but not essential for some units.

Qualifications

• Current UK Driving Licence (preferable but not essential on standalone single Delivery Unit)
• Experience with digital dashboards and operational tools
• Excellent communication across dispersed teams

Responsibilities

• Own service, cost, and performance across your Delivery Unit(s)
• Ensure consistent, compliant, on‑time parcel flow and courier coverage
• Analyse digital dashboards and Service Tracker to identify and resolve risks
• Build strong relationships with EBPs, couriers, support teams, and unions
• Lead budget management with a focus on cost leadership and efficiency
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive planning across all operations
