Responsibilities

• Manage courier delivery exceptions and resolve issues with carriers.
• Communicate updates and solutions to customers.
• Update POD information for pallet deliveries and book shipments.
• Support operations with domestic and international courier bookings and same-day movements.
• Monitor shipment progress using internal systems and carrier portals.
• Provide administrative support using Excel, Word, and logistics systems.
